|Returning an Item|
|We operate a Back to Base returns policy.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please follow the steps below:
1. Send an email to Services, quoting your original Invoice Number, the reason you wish to return the item and whether your require a replacement.
2. Our Customer Services department will then email you with a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
3. Please send the item back to us with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging.
4. Once we have received the item from you, we will raise a credit and refund you.
|Cancelling an Item|
|You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products.
To cancel a purchase before it has been dispatched, please send an email to Services quoting your Order Reference (eg PUP1234) and the reason for cancelling the order.
If the goods have been dispatched, please write 'Contract Cancellation' as the reason for return on the delivery note (which arrives with the goods). Package the item securely and send it to us along with the delivery note, so that we receive it within seven days of the date it was delivered to you.
For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of delivering and returning the goods. We will refund the purchase price to you once we receive the item. All such returned items must be received in good condition in their original packaging.
